AleDrogi Chat is a buyer-support panel for Allegro sellers. It gathers messages, discussions and complaints in one place and takes the repetitive part of replying off your hands — including when nobody is sitting at the computer.
Who it’s for
Section titled “Who it’s for”Companies selling on Allegro whose buyer support has started eating the day: the same questions about shipping, chasing rating requests by hand, complaints getting lost in the message centre.
The app runs on your own hardware — a mini-PC in the office or a cheap VPS. Conversation history and buyer data stay with you, not in someone else’s cloud.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”One place for conversations. Every thread in a single panel, split into ordinary messages and discussions/complaints. The colour of a bubble tells you who wrote it: incoming messages are white, manual replies green, and autoresponder replies amber with an “Auto” label.
Autoresponders. A rule is a condition plus a template: “always”, “first message in a thread”, or a specific keyword. Each rule works in one of two modes — Auto sends by itself, Suggested only offers a ready reply above the text box and a human presses send.
Post-sale workflow. A six-stage sequence walks the buyer through the order: paid → awaiting dispatch → in transit → out for delivery → received → rating request. Each stage has its own mode: automatic, suggestion, or fully manual.
Templates with variables. Placeholders such as buyer, order number and product fill themselves in from order data. Some variables are picked by a human from a list before sending — deliberately, for the trickier cases.
Leads. Questions asked before a purchase are flagged separately. A lead disappears on its own once an order shows up, and counts as a conversion.
Reports. Complaints: how many resolved, how quickly, with what outcome and around which products. Leads: how many active, how many converted.
The principles behind it
Section titled “The principles behind it”The app works in the background on a steady polling cycle. No browser needs to be open for auto-replies and order stages to keep moving.
